Define size of 8in x 11in or you can select the default size of print ie letter ,legal,a4 etc Resolution :300px mode:cmyk/RGB then select rectangle tool and draw in whole document again select the rectangle tool and draw the shape in front of the latest layer then you should remove fill color and apply stroke in it. then draw some lines at the bottom leaving space of 2in from the bottom to write the contents ie address ,contact ,mail address etc Then Write name of your company at the top box and adjust according your paper size write the content below the letter and draw lines below it.
